Albania - the hidden valley of Zagoria

Zagoria Valley is a secluded region of outstanding natural beauty in Southern Albania, still untouched by tourism. During most of the year only a few families live here, traditionally breeding goat and sheep. During a 4-day self-guided hike, following the footsteps of ancient caravan travel, we enjoyed the true hospitality of the locals while staying overnight in their small homestays.
